WM Housing Group, based in Bromsgrove, manages approximately 27,500 homes across Coventry, Birmingham, the west midlands, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Founded in 1998, the group consists of Herefordshire Supported Housing for Young People Project (SHYPP), Kemble Housing, Nexus Housing, Optima Community Association and Whitefriars Housing.
The group is a regeneration organisation, a development partner with the Homes and Communities Agency and the lead partner of Spectrum Development Partnership. WM Housing Group aims to create places where people are proud to live and work.
